Awww c'mon. I'm sure you've done your research to find a nice place to live. As for the job... you've a very clever chap, as well you know. There's no way on this earth they could throw something at you that you can't do because you're not good enough!
As for all your colleagues hating you... how many people can you think of that you've met recently who hate you? I can't imagine it'd be very many. You're not a particularly evil/anti-social/nasty guy now are you?
It's natural to be nervous. That's ok. But... honestly, I don't think you've got a single thing to worry about!

pete, hope you're feeling more sorted now mate. i totally empathise with your stresses, but deep down you know it'll all be fine, and even if it isn't, you can always change job or move house again!
